What is Linfo?

Linfo allows you to create Lists of your favorite people, places, and things, and then easily share them with your Facebook friends. Whether you want to share who your best friends are, what hidden restaurants are near you, or that you love your iPhone, Linfo can help you share the love with your friends and the community.

Is Linfo free?

Yes. Linfo is FREE to all Facebook users. Your happiness makes us rich.

What is Facebook Connect?

Facebook Connect allows you to login to Linfo using your existing Facebook account. It’s cool because your Facebook friends will get updates about your Linfo activities (but only if you want). Wait, does that mean Linfo will contact my Facebook friends every day?

Facebook Connect is all about choices. You have the ability to choose:

  • 1. If Linfo can email you (we never share or sell your email. We hate spam as much as you do).
  • 2. When to post your Lists to your profile.
  • 3. Who to share your Lists with on Facebook.

You can always change your Facebook application settings by clicking on “Settings,” then “Application Settings.”

What does “Tweet this!” mean?

By clicking “Tweet this!” you’ll be able to share your fantastic life-changing Lists with your Twitter followers. Linfo will send out a short tweet, “[Your name] has made a list on Linfo. Check it out! Link.”

If I register with Linfo through Facebook, will my personal information be shared?

Linfo and its parent company, Slingshot Labs, take privacy very seriously. Please see our Terms of Service (hyperlink to TOS) for our commitment to you as a member.

If you do receive spam messages from other Linfo members, or any other harassing message, please forward the message to Legal@Linfo.com. We’ll give this person a firm scolding and maybe even call their mom.

I would like to report a bug, send feedback, and give criticism/compliments to the Linfo Team. How do I do that?
